My recent stay at Copthorne was fantastic. We were there for 15 nights and had a great experience. the rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. the housekeeping did a good job, although sometimes they forgot to leave toiletries and clean glasses. the front desk staff always responded promptly when we asked for these items. the location of the hotel was also convenient, with a shopping plaza, coffee shops on George Street, and grocery stores nearby. the town square was also within walking distance. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast at the hotel. It offered a variety of options and was comparable to a coffee shop in terms of quality and value. We were especially happy with the staff's accommodation for my grandson's dairy intolerance. They were able to provide us with almond milk without any issues. the staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. the hotel also had ample parking, which was a plus.

Additionally, we appreciated the lovely breakfast supplied by the hotel, and we were delighted to open the windows to enjoy the fresh air all day without feeling cold.

We would have loved to have had breakfast in the dining room, but we understand the reasons behind this. Regardless, we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast as it was similar in quality to what one would find in a coffee shop.
