This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the bustling city. Its central location surrounded by an array of restaurants and cafes makes it the perfect base for exploring all the city has to offer. The spacious rooms with separate bedrooms and double beds are ideal for families with kids. The in-room washing machine is a great convenience, allowing you to pack light and take care of laundry. The attention to detail and inclusion of basic amenities ensure a comfortable stay. Plus, the prices are really reasonable, offering great value for money.

Although there were a few minor issues with the hotel, overall our stay was fantastic. All was more than okay and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

The location of the hotel is excellent, situated right in the heart of the bustling Courtenay Place. Guests have easy access to a vibrant nightlife, with a variety of restaurants and cafes nearby. There is also a popular cafe called Squirrel located conveniently close by. The hotel is within a short walking distance to all the restaurants in the area, making it a great choice for food lovers.

The noise level can be quite high due to the hotel's central location and the presence of nearby parties.

Great central location, close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions like TePapa museum and the waterfront. Shower pressure was excellent, and the apartment was a good size. There is a washer and dryer provided, along with complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer. Despite some cleanliness issues, the apartment served our purposes and offered good value for money.

The location of the hotel was great - close to everything we wanted to do and see. It was also very affordable, with cheap parking available at the back of the building. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend stay.

There were a few negatives with the hotel. there was no one at reception when we arrived, which made check-in a bit difficult.

our recent stay in wellington was amazing! this time we stayed at courtenay village and it was even better than before. the room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. the location was perfect and surprisingly quiet. we would definitely stay here again!
