The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, as it is very close to the city center and shops. Guests can easily walk to dinner and explore the town center, making it an ideal choice for those who want to be in the heart of the action. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice big beds and modern bathrooms. The courtyard and pool area provide a lovely space to relax and unwind.

We did find the instructions regarding the dishes a bit confusing, as the notes in the room contradicted the provided dishwashing liquid and tea towel.

Comfortable, clean room with a newly refurbished toilet. The location is ideal, right in the heart of Cromwell. The fast internet connection was a bonus. We also enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

I had such a great time staying here! The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of luxury. The hotel had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning and a beautiful swimming pool in the inner courtyard. The location was perfect too, as it was very close to everything. I especially enjoyed the short walk to the lake. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The bathroom was recently renovated and had high standards. Wine glasses were provided in the fridge, which was a nice touch. the motel had a great location and was very handy to the town center. the outdoor sitting area was clean and well equipped.

There was very little parking available which made it difficult to park larger vehicles. the "instachill" device was rather large, and the cold air blew in only one direction which made it less effective for two people.

The stay at this place was amazing. Many little touches made it extra special. Entrance off a street. Hospitality Highly Recommended.
