I had a wonderful experience at the Crowne Plaza. The staff, especially Sam on the front desk, were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome. The beds were soft and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was also excellent, perfectly situated for all of my needs. Additionally, the breakfast was outstanding, with a fantastic selection and attentive, fast service from the breakfast crew. I was particularly impressed with the delicious Bircher Muesli, which I believe is the best in Oceania. One morning staff member stood out with their enthusiasm and warm smiles, truly representing the hotel well.

The only issue I had was that the hotel was not obvious to find.

The location of the hotel was central and convenient, with easy access to Queen St and nearby theaters. it was a great value for money and I would definitely return.

The staff were very attentive and friendly, offering us a good deal on breakfast. We were also upgraded to an amazing executive suite with great views. The bed was super comfy with a good selection of pillows. The location was also convenient for our needs.
