The kids had a blast at the on-site playground while my wife and I enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Family-friendly activities kept us all entertained, making it a memorable family getaway.

My wife says that more kid-friendly dining options would be great.

loved the nighttime swims - especially the heated outdoor spa. the main reception area is cozy and nostalgic. buffet breakfast was great. the gym and sauna were nice bonuses.

The staff were fantastic, especially the lady chef during breakfast who my kids loved and who gave us great local tips. the pool was perfect for the hot weather and the buffet breakfast was delicious. the front desk, specifically the two grumpy Caucasian men, might want to reconsider their roles - maybe customer service isn't their forte? a great stay! 👍

The newly refurbished Deluxe guest room was so cozy and stylish, I loved the luxury cloud-like bed!

The breakfast was a bit lacklustre for the price, but the room made up for it! .

The native garden courtyard with the outdoor heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi was a hidden gem. I felt like I was soaking in luxury, surrounded by nature, just like a celebrity in a private spa retreat.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, as it is very near to see the geysers in a nearby attraction. We were also thrilled with the variety of dining options, as we ate in three restaurants on-site. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-equipped. The service was friendly and efficient, and the breakfast had a wide range of options. we were impressed by the facilities and room advantages provided.

The outdoor spa pool's dirty lamps were a minor downside.

Spent a sick vacay with the squad, hitting up the heated outdoor spa and gym at the hotel. Buffet brekkie was lit! Clean and fancy dining area, no noisy neighbors. Stayed chill in the lobby with retro vibes and cozy seats, reception peeps were cool.

We were delighted with the beautiful decorations in our room at Distinction Hotel. The attention to detail and cozy atmosphere made our stay extra special. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The onsite restaurant, bar, and hairdressers were convenient amenities that added to the overall experience. The pool and spa areas were a hit with our family, providing plenty of fun and relaxation. The staff, particularly Bev and Christina, were friendly and professional. Bev gave me an amazing haircut and made me feel incredibly welcome. The location of the hotel was easy to find and provided easy access for exploring the area. we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great time staying here! The room was so comfortable, it felt like being at home. We loved the amenities provided, especially the ironing facilities and the tea/coffee maker. The hotel has a lot to offer, such as tours/ticket assistance, welcome drink, and happy hour. The location was perfect as well, with many great restaurants in the area that we could have eaten at. We especially enjoyed the fancy cave restaurant and the one near it.

Although some of the staff members didn't take our questions very seriously, this place was still a great stay. We recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable place to stay.

Outdoor spa was lovely, gym and sauna were great. Reception foyer had vintage furniture and comfortable seating, staff were pleasant. Rooms were soundproof and private, felt well-built. Buffet breakfast in the clean and attractive dining room was impressive. Staff were welcoming and efficient during check-in and check-out.

Despite what I disliked about the hotel, there were a few good things I appreciated. First off, they offered some free stuff like coffee, parking and the amazing outdoor pool. the hotel's location was really handy to all the places we wanted to visit. And lastly, I did like how friendly the staff were, always willing to help us out with whatever we needed.

The rooms were pretty run-down and in desperate need of maintenance. the bathroom was moldy and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls.

I recently stayed at Distinction Hotel for a few nights while visiting the area. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a super comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and provided great service. We loved the pool and grotto spas, perfect for the lovely weather. The buffet breakfast was sensational, offering a wide variety of choices. It was convenient to have a clothesline in the room to dry our swimwear. a great place to stay with plenty of amenities and friendly staff.
