The experience at Doubletree By Hilton Karaka was fantastic, with exceptional service and cozy rooms. the staff made us feel welcomed and the amenities were top-notch, especially the spacious fitness center. While the restaurant service fell short, exploring nearby landmarks like Papakura Art Gallery and Bruce Pulman Park added to our family bonding. the swimming pool and garden area provided relaxation and fun under the sun. A great stay overall, and I look forward to returning soon!

The shabu-shabu was a taste bud rave! the fitness centre was massive, our guest room was fab for the fam, and the staff? Utter legends, always with a smile!

Kicking back at the pool was marred by the odd entrance, and parking was a bit of a mission. Plus, a hiccup with early check-in fees on my daughter's big day left a sour taste.

The room was so cozy with a soft bed and nice bathrobes. I felt really pampered and loved the free WiFi. It was just what I needed after a long day exploring Auckland.

the room with a view was absolutely stunning, offering a picturesque panorama of the city skyline that took my breath away every morning.

The Wi-Fi signal in the lobby area was a bit weak at times, making it a bit challenging to get work done while lounging in that space.

The hotel has free parking and the property was very clean. the staff were professional, friendly, and catered to our needs. the breakfast buffet had a great selection of hot and cold foods available.

The shower water pressure was too low and the shower experience was not enjoyable. the phone coverage and wifi coverage was very poor and many times we would have zero reception.

the modern and tastefully decorated facility, comfortable bed, and delightful room made us feel like we had been away for a week, despite being only 30 minutes away. the breakfast was fresh and high quality, and the subtle connection to the equine industry added a unique touch to our experience.

I loved the spaciousness of the fitness centre at Doubletree. It provided a great workout space for me during my stay. The queen guest room was perfect for my family of four - plenty of room and everything was spotlessly clean.

The pool area was lovely, but it was inconvenient that you had to walk through the restaurant to access it. This meant that there wasn't much privacy while swimming, as people were dining or passing by.
