Appreciated the garden area being so relaxing. the only downside is the windows needed to always be shut for privacy but not a big deal, just a heads up for others! really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back for a chill getaway! ? .

my recent stay at the Ellerslie Palms Motel was fantastic. the receptionist was incredibly accommodating and swiftly moved us to a more convenient unit. the beds were unbelievably comfortable, and the room was clean and spacious, providing a peaceful retreat from outside noise.

I arrived late to a door debacle, but got in eventually with some comical confusion. the rowdy school crew bedtime concert was unexpectedly nostalgic. A quirky lock dilemma provided my evening chuckle. Overall, my spacious room with fluffy pillows and a shower like a spa was a welcomed retreat after a long flight. A comfy Queen bed and a separate bedroom—plus a helpful receptionist—all made me feel quite at home. Cheers to easy parking!

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is in the city centre and very close to everything. It is conveniently located near public transport, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, there are plenty of eateries nearby, providing a variety of dining options.

The hotel lacks a 24-hour check-in option, which can be inconvenient for travelers who may arrive late at night without access to a phone. It would be more convenient if there was a way to check-in at any time without having to make a phone call.

Complementary Wi-Fi and parking were a nice touch. Convenient location close to the city center and in a quiet area. Plus, the room was spacious and had a great view of the garden.

Checking in was a real hassle, staff unresponsive, and room keys were not always available in the lockbox. Eventually, I was given a smaller room that was not clean, and the bed was way too soft for a good night's sleep.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Auckland and was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the excellent facilities provided. The location was perfect, not too far from the airport and close to the areas we needed to go. Despite being in a quiet area, it was still easily accessible. The staff were friendly and accommodating, helping us with our heavy suitcases and providing great service. The rooms were well-appointed, with a separate bedroom and a full kitchen. The breakfast options were also delicious, providing a great start to the day.

All was perfect, no improvements needed.

I had a very pleasant stay at Ellerslie Palms Motel. The room I stayed in, Room 10, was recently renovated and looked and smelt very clean and fresh. The carpet was nice, and the big TV added to the comfort of the room. The kitchenette and bathroom were both very clean and had a new feel to them. Although the aircon only blew cold air, it was still sufficient. The beds were comfortable, even though we booked a king bed and got two singles instead. I was impressed and would definitely stay there again.
