We absolutely loved staying at this place. The location was perfect, with great proximity to the shops and restaurants in the area. It was just a short stroll away from the beach, which was a fantastic bonus. The rooms were recently refurbished and beautifully laid out, providing a comfortable and luxurious experience. We had everything we needed, from ironing facilities to free Wi-Fi in rooms. The staff were friendly and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. The outdoor swimming pool and garden area added to the overall charm of this hotel. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Excellent location, walking distance to Russian Ballet at Bruce Mason Centre, plenty of nearby restaurants, near shops and Takapuna beach, secluded and peaceful atmosphere.

We had a fantastic business trip at Emerald Inn On Takapuna Beach. The room size was perfect for our needs and we appreciated the convenience of the kitchenette. The owners were incredibly helpful and always willing to assist us. They even went above and beyond by doing our washing up for us, which was a nice surprise.

Two great things that stood out about my Xmas stay at this hotel were the convenient location and the stunning views of the ocean right from my cozy room. the staff was friendly, accommodating, and always ready to provide some useful information about the surrounding area.

My overall experience was overshadowed by a few issues. the room was not thoroughly cleaned, and there were stains and hairs on the bed sheets and towels.
