The location was great, close to many tourist attractions and everything we were after. The room had a convenient kitchenette with tea and coffee facilities, perfect for a quick snack. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, even offering a complimentary bottle of milk upon arrival.

The bathroom and light fittings were tired, and the lack of attention to detail was noticeable.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed how close it was to the main shopping area and the friendly staff who always made sure our complimentary breakfast was cooked to perfection. they offered discounts to nearby attractions which was a great bonus.

The narrow car parks made it difficult to maneuver our vehicle and the sofa bed was not comfortable due to a noisy plastic liner.
