I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in a stunning location. This place was just a short drive away from the town and within walking distance of the breathtaking glacier ice. The surrounding area offered picturesque views of the mountains and a tranquil atmosphere that made my stay incredibly relaxing. The hotel provided a range of quality services, including room service and a helpful shuttle service, which made getting around hassle-free. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to help and provide valuable information.

The retreat had beautiful chalets with nicely decorated interiors. the self-contained units were modern and provided all the necessary amenities. the friendly hosts were very helpful and provided transport to and from town. the retreat had great views and a friendly environment.

Some of the furniture looked worn and in need of repair. the bathroom furniture, in particular, appeared to be a bit tired.

Our stay at Jag Escape Franz Alpine Retreat Motel was absolutely fantastic. The chalet we stayed in exceeded our expectations with its spaciousness and beautiful design. We felt right at home with all the comfortable and clean amenities provided. The landscape and architecture of the retreat were truly impressive. We especially loved the personal touches like the nice smelling liquid soap in the bathroom. Even though we had some concerns, overall we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

Modern chalets, spacious kitchen and cozy cabin. Loads of brochures provided. Staff gave helpful activity and dining advice. Can't wait to return!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location in the Mountains was simply breathtaking and the views were stunning. The room was so cozy and comfortable, with a separate lounge area and nice, comfortable beds. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring that all of our requests were met, including providing us with fresh milk and bottled water. We also appreciated the convenience of being able to park our car right outside our unit. The shower had fantastic water pressure and the hotel even had two heaters in the room to keep us nice and toasty.

We highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

We had an amazing time staying at a retreat just outside of town in the beautiful West Coast. The location was perfect, nestled in the mountains and close to the glacier. Our room was comfortable and clean, and we loved being able to park our car right outside. The hosts were friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed. The retreat also had on-site laundry facilities, which was a great convenience for us.

The only negative aspect was that the cleaners did not provide the daily servicing of our unit as stated in the information booklet.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the complementary activities that were available around the hotel such as hiking and snowshoeing. the location of the hotel was also very convenient as it was close to the town's shopping area and had great views of the mountains. there was ample parking available for guests which made it very easy to unload luggage.

The toiletries provided were also of low quality, and the water had to be boiled before drinking which was inconvenient. More amenities and a personal touch could have also made my stay more enjoyable.

Guests have the option of getting picked up and dropped off at nearby restaurants, adding to the convenience of the location.

our stay in franz josef was amazing, but franz alpine retreat motel made it even better. the managers were incredible, always going above and beyond to help us. the bungalows were modern and comfy, with everything we needed. their wifi worked perfectly, unlike the sketchy cell service in the area.
