As old people, we loved the convenient location within walking distance of town and the hospital. The room had unexpected cooking and eating facilities, making our stay more comfortable. The manager, Brendon, was incredibly helpful and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. The attention to detail and quality control at this property were impressive, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we appreciated the small touches like the milk bottle in the fridge. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was bright and received lovely afternoon sun. Despite being close to the road, noise was minimal, and the owners were accommodating. I will definitely stay here again. stayed here on valentines day after a rugby game in dunedin, and it was amazing! spacious, clean unit with a separate bedroom and tv. the owner was so accommodating and we loved the quiet location near the botanical gardens and university. a great stay!
