our stay at the Golden was fantastic! the staff was friendly, and the room was comfy and spacious. the location was super convenient, just steps away from the bus station. the Vietnamese café downstairs was a delicious bonus for quick brunch!

Room was comfy, reliable warm. Handy parking, nice n' quick. Friendly staff’re ace - helped with a frosty windscreen. Great setup for us. Missed 2 nights, no charge - kind gesture! Shower was tops - towels spiffy. Kitchenette a treat. Honeymoon upgrade! Modern room, comfy bed. Soozy shower, fantastic staff. Conv spot near bus stop, dinky café downstairs - yums! Cozy and sorted stay.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. the room was modern, tidy, and well-equipped with a spacious lounge area and kitchenette. the cafe downstairs seemed popular, although I didn't have a chance to try it. the hotel had a first-class feel to it, with lovely slippers and dressing gown provided, and the bathroom was stunning. the staff's attention to detail and excellent service truly made me feel spoiled.

One area that could be improved is the parking situation. Although I was promised a spot, there were times when finding a parking space was difficult and stressful.

Golden exceeded expectations. Impeccably clean, cozy kitchenette, and comfy beds. the lobby cafe offers exceptional service. Staff accommodated a late checkout for our convenience, a thoughtful touch. A perfect 10/10 motel experience!

Close to cool places like museums and parks; the hotel had a handy garden, parking, and lounge. Loved the breakfast! the art gallery was just a hop away - a quirky stay indeed!
