the location was fantastic. just a short walk to the viaduct harbour area. staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating from the reception to housekeeping. the swimming pool was a highlight too.

breakfast options could be improved. perhaps serve items covered.

The location was probably the only positive for us, very close to

Sky City and various restaurants we wanted to visit. However, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. The gym was surprisingly large and well-equipped, but it lacked basic amenities like towels. Just keep your expectations realistic for the price.

The room we stayed in had a few maintenance issues. The hairdryer on level 3 was ineffective, not producing any heat. I was also disturbed by loud cleaning activities during checkout, making communication difficult. Overall, the amenities felt outdated and in need of attention.

i almost gave this place a good review, but i just couldn’t. the bathroom was tired, and the carpets looked like they’ve seen better days. i expected a complimentary bottle of wine for such inconveniences, but clearly, i am just another guest. not to mention the faded shower head that sprayed water everywhere. 185 per night is a joke.

the location is super nice, right in the heart of auckland. the staff were nice and friendly too, shoutout to the lady at the front desk who was really helpful. the size of the apartment is pretty good, some decent views from the window. also, the bed was comfy enough to crash after a long day. even tho the bathroom needed a lil update, it didn't ruin my trip.

but there was a constant noise from the nightclub nearby that kept me up at night, and the laundry facilities were out of order for ages. not cool.
