The Grand Suites in Lake Tekapo exceeded my expectations. The two-bedroom apartment was sleek and modern, with top-notch furnishings and a wonderful view of the lake. The spa tub was a delightful touch after long hiking days. Dave and Sue were awesome managers, and the central location was convenient for exploring the town. The only downside was the weather obscuring the view, but that's no fault of the suites. a fantastic stay worth every penny.

We had a great experience staying in an upper-floor two-bedroom apartment with a beautiful view of the lake and the night sky, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. the hotel's facilities were immaculately clean with thoughtful touches such as a well-equipped kitchen, tidy bathroom with body lotion provided, and a helpful lift for easy access for those who prefer not to use the staircase. the location was extremely convenient, within walking distance to the Church of the Good Shepherd and central to nearby restaurants and a grocery store just a short stroll away. the staff, particularly Dave & Sue and their team, were friendly and welcoming, offering valuable local recommendations for dining and events.

As a solo female traveler, I loved the cozy rooms facing the lake, with fireplaces and comfy beds. Plenty of space, kitchen facilities, and lovely continental breakfast.

grand suites in lake tekapo was even better than our last visit! the modern and clean two-bedroom apartment had amazing views of the lake, and the spa tub was perfect after long hikes. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal. can't wait to stay here again!

My wife says that having a children's pool would be perfect.

The location was great, just a short walk to all the attractions. the room was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and the bed was super comfortable. the view from the window was breathtaking, and we could see the lake from the room. the staff were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

There was no washing machine in the room, and the shared one had restricted hours of use, which was inconvenient. the absence of a dishwasher in the apartment was a letdown, considering the high standard of the room.
