Convenient transportation, polite and helpful staff, surrounded by stores and restaurants, quiet in the evening, solidly built and quiet, close to nightlife.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and kind. Despite being early in the morning, they had a room ready for us immediately, allowing us to freshen up after a long flight. The cozy and quiet room was exactly what we needed for our first night in this city. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring most major attractions and using public transportation. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hospitality of the staff were also exceptional. We were impressed by the 24-hour reception desk, which provided great assistance throughout our stay.

Everything was spot on.

The hotel had a charming and elegant lobby that transported me to a different era. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The well-stocked fridge and additional amenities like robes and slippers were a nice touch. The staff provided exceptional service, making me feel special throughout my stay.

There were a few drawbacks to my experience. The temperature in my room was uncomfortably high, and it took some time for the air conditioning to be fixed.

We were delighted with the beautifully decorated junior suite at Mgallery. The spacious lounge room was a lovely touch, and we enjoyed sipping tea from the beautiful teapot and teacups. The service was exceptional, with knowledgeable and friendly staff who went above and beyond. we highly recommend Mgallery for a memorable stay.

The location of this hotel is its biggest advantage. It is so close to everything, especially the cool Britomart area. Additionally, it is conveniently located near the Britomart train station, making transportation easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

Traffic noise and police sirens disturbed our sleep. The nearby nightclub played loud music all night.

The Hotel Grand Windsor is simply perfect. Exquisite decor, impeccable service, and well-appointed rooms make it one of the finest hotels in the world. The location is ideal, surrounded by the best shopping and just a short walk to the waterfront and cruise ship terminal. The Duchess Suite was a delight, with a supremely comfortable bed and spotless cleanliness. The complimentary T2 tea and Nespresso machine were a nice touch.

It was all superb.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city center, which is great for exploring the city. Moreover, there's a Louis Vuitton store nearby, and a nightclub right next door - perfect for those who love to party. The bathrooms are well-equipped, and the staff provides excellent service.

The limited breakfast options might be a turnoff for some guests.

The location was perfect, close to all the attractions and nightlife in downtown Auckland. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure all our needs were met. We also enjoyed the late check out option, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time in the city. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Auckland.
