Grange Harbour View B&B was cozy and welcoming. Sam and Jo provided great recommendations for local eateries and the pool was clean. the breakfast was delicious, and using the TV for Netflix was a nice touch.

Blend Jo and Sam were very hospitable and showed us around the place. the pool was clean and they recommended places to eat which was very nice. We tried the Indian up the road which was delicious! the breakfast they provided was also amazing and we were able to use the TV to watch Netflix the night we stayed! the swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxation, and being close to landmarks like the Historic Village and Waikareao Estuary Walkway added to our family bonding experience.

The room was clean and comfortable, and we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The hosts were polite and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The bathroom was posh and the breakfast setup was delightful. We even had a safe place to store our bikes, which was a great convenience. The easy access to the bike trail was a bonus. we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay.

We had a decent stay at this B&B. the staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed. They offered us a map with tourist attractions and gave us recommendations on where to eat. the view was breathtaking and the pool was a great bonus.

We had trouble finding the place, as the instructions on the website were not clear and we had to rely on our GPS. the breakfast served was basic and lacked variety.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was exceptional, with affordable prices for the quality of service and facilities provided. Secondly, the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, from the well-maintained rooms to the delicious breakfast options. Additionally, the hotel's location away from the city's centre was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay, especially considering it is right by a bus stop.

All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.
