The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We particularly appreciated their generosity and care. Additionally, the motel's central location allowed us to easily explore the area. we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend Greenlane Manor Motel to our friends and family.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel near great restaurants and close to the train station for easy access to Mt Smart. The location was perfect, just across the road from the main office building and within walking distance to the stadium. The staff provided excellent service, offering dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry facilities. The room amenities were top-notch, featuring ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We loved the comfortable sitting area and the terrace with a dining table and patio. The soundproofed rooms and garden furniture added to the enhanced comfort we experienced. The free toiletries, cookware, and kitchen utensils were a nice touch. The television, AM/FM alarm clock, telephone, and flat-screen TV provided entertainment options, and the carpeted floor added an extra touch of luxury. the staff, dining options, and hotel amenities ensured a truly pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at a motel near popular event venues and was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location. It was just a short distance to the Ellerslie Event Centre, Mt Smart Stadium, and the train station for easy access to and from Mt Smart. The room was spacious and clean, while the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff provided friendly and helpful service throughout my stay. Additionally, there were nearby restaurants and a supermarket for added convenience.

The motel lacked a larger coffee pot, which may be limiting for some guests.

The mattress was of poor quality and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the noise from other guests was a bit of a problem, with thin walls not providing enough sound insulation.
