the rooms were immaculately clean and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities like extra pillows, plush towels, and a selection of tea and coffee. the staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring our comfort and needs were met promptly. Conveniently located near local shops and eateries, we enjoyed easy access to everything we needed during our stay. the cozy atmosphere and comfortable beds made our trip truly relaxing and enjoyable.

We had a great experience at Hacienda Motor Lodge! Mark and Belynda, the hosts, were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was modern, clean, and had a homely feel to it. We loved the coffee machine in the room, it was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and the spa bath with back massage jets was perfect after a long day. The bathroom amenities were of great quality and the luxurious bed blanket added a nice touch. The owners really cared about our comfort and even left little notes thanking us for our custom. The location was perfect, with nearby restaurants and cafes within walking distance. we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back. I highly recommend this hotel!

The location of the hotel is great, with close proximity to a variety of cafes and restaurants. Additionally, it is quite close to some good restaurants, making it convenient for guests to find a place to eat. The room was clean and well-appointed, with a very comfortable bed and electric blankets provided for the colder weather. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay for guests.

One small downside was the lack of a working electric blanket on one side of the bed, but the staff quickly resolved the issue and provided a blanket for both sides.

The service we received was exceptional, making us consider this hotel for a future stay. We arrived very late at night and were delighted to find the heater on and some delicious snacks waiting for us! the bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in, and we appreciated the location being close to key attractions.

The parking system was a bit confusing and we ended up parking in the wrong spot one night. the lack of net curtains on the main window made us feel exposed when the drapes were open.

The apartment was newly renovated, clean, and spacious, perfect for a family with a baby. Having two separate bedrooms and a lounge area away from the bedrooms was convenient. The presence of two toilets, one upstairs and one down, was especially handy. The owners were lovely and provided a highchair and baby gate for the stairs. The location was great, close to everything we needed, with a car park directly outside the door.

The lack of air conditioning, which would have made it even more perfect, especially during the cooler months.
