We had the most amazing stay at Hartley Homestead Boutique Bed & Breakfast. The gardens overlooking the river were absolutely stunning, and the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a glass of wine. The breakfast provided by the host was top-notch, with freshly squeezed nectarine juice and a delicious hot breakfast. Our room was extremely comfortable and beautifully furnished in keeping with the heritage style of the house. The host was so welcoming and provided us with useful information about the local area. I highly recommend this B&B for a wonderful stay.

We loved our stay at this place. The location is perfect, situated in a beautiful township on the banks of a picturesque river. It's also conveniently close to the town center and the river walk, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy the surroundings. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We appreciated the little touches, like the welcome drink before heading out to dinner and the homemade jams with breakfast. The amenities in our room were top-notch, from the ironing facilities to the comfortable sitting area. The terrace and garden furniture provided a lovely space to relax and soak in the peaceful atmosphere. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, as we could easily stay connected during our stay.

The location of this bed and breakfast is ideal, situated in the beautiful township, with good restaurants nearby. The room was well-equipped, comfortable, and provided dressing gowns and slippers. The host was friendly and knowledgeable, offering a delicious breakfast. The garden offered a stunning view of the riverside and was the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine.

There were roadworks near the property that made access a bit awkward, but they did not start too early in the morning and finished around 6pm.

The house had a lot of character and was in a beautiful location with stunning views. the breakfast was tasty and there were some nice home-made touches. In terms of location, it was conveniently close to some great restaurants.

The service was inconsistent and there were some small details that were overlooked. the room wasn't as clean as it could have been and there were some maintenance issues that needed attending to.
