I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The location was excellent, making it very easy for me to visit all the places I wanted to explore. The staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist me with any problem I had. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a stove for sterilizing my baby's bottle. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. And the fact that they had vegetarian/vegan options at the restaurant was a huge relief for my daughter who is vegetarian. it was a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

During our Easter stay, we really appreciated the spacious outdoor balcony in our room. It was a great spot to enjoy a meal with the table and chairs provided. Additionally, the kitchenette in the room was well-equipped, with a bar fridge, kettle, toaster. It was convenient to be able to prepare our own meals. Furthermore, the hotel's location was ideal, with plenty of cafes nearby where we could grab coffee and breakfast at a more affordable price.

There were a couple of aspects that we didn't particularly enjoy. there was no microwave in the room's kitchenette, which would have been handy.

Dark, clean room, inviting bed. Nice breakfast. Early check-in desired after long flight, but sunny day made up for it.

As a tourist, I loved the comfortable beds, spacious room, and large TV with a good selection of channels. The restaurant was superb and the breakfast offered great value. The staff were very helpful, providing me with an upgrade to a room with a balcony and a breathtaking view of the harbor. The hotel's location was convenient, just a short walk to the shops and Queen Street. my experience at Heritage couldn't have been any better and I highly recommend staying here.

I recently stayed at Heritage Auckland for a girls' weekend and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is centrally located, yet quiet at night. The room configuration, with two double beds separated by a sliding door, was perfect for our group, allowing our baby to sleep undisturbed. The valet parking was convenient and affordable. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the proximity to Viaduct Harbour and the bus depot was great. We also appreciated the special price we received, making it possible for us to attend a music concert at Sky City and enjoy dining out.

I recently stayed at Heritage in central Auckland for a few nights. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast selection was excellent, with great value for the included meal. The shower had good water pressure and the room was clean and well presented. The staff were friendly and the hotel had a nice mix of old and new decor. The highlight for me was the two pools and spas, both indoor and outdoor, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The rooftop pool and spa at Heritage Hotel were amazing! Swimming with a view is always fun, even in the rain. We also loved the indoor pool as an alternative. Our room was spacious, with comfortable beds and a great view of the harbour bridge and pool area. the hotel's central location made it easy to walk to Skytower and Queen St shopping without having to drive through busy streets.
