We stayed at this holiday park and it exceeded our expectations. the manager, Logan, was very helpful and accommodating. the check-in process was quick and informative. the facilities, including the indoor pool and playground, kept our kids occupied. the location was nice and quiet, and the shared lounge/games room was a bonus. the room we stayed in was clean and fresh. we had a great experience and will definitely be back.

My family and I recently had a fantastic stay at a holiday park near Rotorua. The staff, especially Peter, were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. The park had plenty of entertainment options for the kids, keeping them busy and happy throughout our stay. The location was nice and quiet, and the private spa pools were a luxurious touch. We used them every night and enjoyed the privacy they offered. The park also provided a free room upgrade and even had the heater on in our room before we arrived, which was a thoughtful gesture. The park was local enough for us and the staff were friendly. We enjoyed playing on the park and having family gatherings with BBQs in the comfortable communal kitchen space.

While we had a great stay, there were a few minor drawbacks to mention. The bed in our cabin was uncomfortable and could use an update.

Despite this minor issue, we had a great time at Holdens Bay Holiday Park. The pools looked inviting, even though we didn't have the chance to use them.

We stayed at Holdens Bay for a family vacation and we were pleasantly surprised by the value it offered. The room was incredibly spacious and could easily accommodate two adults and two children in the bunks. The cabinets provided ample storage space and the washing machine and dryer were well maintained. The staff was friendly and always available to answer our questions about the area. The customer service from start to finish was excellent, and the check-out process was quick and easy. The rooms and facilities were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, and there were plenty of activities to keep us entertained.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with our room being in great condition and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the swimming pool and thermal pool. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure that our needs were met throughout our stay. Additionally, the central location of our cabin made it convenient for us to access all the amenities. We also appreciated the free WiFi, which allowed us to share our amazing experience with our friends and family on social media.

the staff were lovely and the surroundings were pleasant, even though it was raining during my stay. the unit I stayed in was tidy and could accommodate up to 5 people, although it might be a bit cramped with that many. it was a good experience and I would stay there again. the view, despite the rain, was quite nice and the price was reasonable. the cabin had comfortable beds and towels were provided, which was a nice bonus. the kids enjoyed the playground and trampoline, and the bathrooms were clean and convenient. the cul de sac location was perfect for the kids to ride their bikes in the evenings.
