The lounge bar had a fantastic vibe with cozy seating, and the changing food options at the buffet were a steal. Also, loved the inviting patio doors opening to beautiful grounds.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by several inconveniences. Additionally, the room safe was dysfunctional, and I was promised repairs that never happened during my stay. The food left in the hallways overnight was quite off-putting too, not what you expect from a hotel stay. Lastly, the toilet roll holder was falling off, which added to the list of maintenance issues I encountered.

The bed was super comfy and the buffet breakfast was exceptional. Staff were kind during our unexpected extended stay due to a cyclone, accommodating all our needs.

The décor could use a refresh. Some areas felt outdated, which detracted from the overall experience.

the location looked promising, but the shower was filthy and the carpet stained. And don’t get me started on the buffet dinner. if you enjoy pepper overload, you’ll feel right at home. i even expected a complimentary gesture for our mistakes—no such luck. how hard is it to get good service at a holiday inn?

Spacious room, clean bathroom, with a strong shower pressure and comfortable beds that made for a restful night near the airport, just a short shuttle ride away.

during my stay, the pool area was a stylish and relaxing escape, and I absolutely loved being just a short stroll away from Ambury Park, perfect for unwinding after exploring the city.

Consider asking for an upgrade upon check-in. it's possible, and you might enjoy a more spacious room or suite.

The nearby supermarket was convenient for quick shopping needs. However, the check-in process was slow, with only one staff member available during peak times, which could use improvement.

Loved the free parking and friendly staff, but the paid airport shuttle was a hassle.

The hotel provided excellent guest laundry services, which is a big plus for longer stays. The rooms were notably spacious and I appreciated the housekeeping options that reward with IHG points. However, the lack of consistent wake-up calls was frustrating and could use improvement.

My wife says that the hotel could use a few more activities for families to keep the kids entertained when they're not at the pool.

I stayed here for one night before attending a conference. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. I liked the comfortable bed. However, the bathroom was a bit dated. The pillows did not suit me and caused discomfort. Despite this, I found the place acceptable for my stay. I appreciate a welcoming atmosphere like this, especially coming from New York.
