I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Queenstown for a weekend getaway. The staff were incredibly welcoming, making it the perfect experience for my first time travelling alone. The hotel itself is stunning and super modern, with a great location. The rooms were comfortable and well-designed, with blackout blinds that ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated the gluten-free bread option. The hotel also had a sauna and gym, which my husband enjoyed. The bar/restaurant area was a nice space to relax and watch TV, and we even enjoyed drinks outside by the firepit.

As young holiday goers, we loved the friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, great room with comfortable beds, and the convenient drying room for our swimming gear. The TV's were perfect for watching the World Cup, and we enjoyed hanging out at the bar in the evenings. The architectural design of the lounge was impressive, offering a relaxing space with beautiful views. The provided chairs were comfortable and versatile, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The sauna facility was a nice addition, and the location was within walking distance to town.

We had a wonderful experience overall and would happily recommend this hotel.

The complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day. the hotel's location was ideal, with restaurants and stores just a few minutes away. the scenic mountain views from our room were breathtaking and added to our experience.

The lack of natural air and closed hallways and rooms made us feel somewhat claustrophobic. the bathroom's open design with no solid door or wall made for an uncomfortable and awkward experience.

Friendly staff. Delicious midnight pizza. Comfortable beds and pillows. Wonderful breakfast with perfect pineapples and hash browns.
