This hotel is perfectly located in the center of Auckland, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. It is within walking distance of all the main attractions and right next to an excellent restaurant. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with beautiful views of the city at night. The staff is friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests. Additionally, the breakfast buffet is delicious and offers a variety of options to start your day.

One minor downside is the lack of signage on the hotel's door, making it a bit difficult to find at first.

Pos. We had an amazing stay here. The location is fantastic, it's close to everything we needed - SkyTower, shops, and the harbour bridge. The service was exceptional, especially the dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry. The welcome drink and room amenities added extra comfort to our stay. The dining options in the restaurant, bar/lounge area, and snack bar were fantastic. We were impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the staff. We loved the fitness centre and found the lift, express check-in/-out, and children's menu particularly convenient.

The buffet breakfast at Holiday Inn Express Auckland City Centre, An Ihg was absolutely delicious! They had a wide variety of options, including toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages. It was such a relief not to have to worry about finding food first thing in the morning. The blackout curtains in the room were a lifesaver, ensuring a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment.

We spent our Christmas vacation at a hotel and we were glad that we received complimentary coffee and breakfast. the hotel's location was perfect for us as it was within walking distance to several shops. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable.

Our stay was not without its flaws. We found it difficult to locate the hotel as there was no clear sign outside the building.
