I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Queenstown Remarkables Park. The location was perfect, with a bus stop right outside and the Frankton shopping area nearby. The room was small but cozy, and it was impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable, and the quality pillows ensured a good night's sleep. The TV was easy to use, and I even managed to stream my Netflix on the FAB interactive TV. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a wonderful atmosphere throughout my stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable accommodations.

The rooms were impeccably clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. the fully equipped bathroom was a pleasant surprise, and the 3-course meal at the restaurant was outstanding. the parking situation was a bit inconvenient and could be improved for a smoother guest experience.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the airport and easily accessible to the central area. the room was modern and comfortable, with a bed that provided a good night's sleep. It was great that the pillows were labelled according to your preference. the café had a friendly atmosphere and offered good food. We appreciated the free ski storage and the hotel's help in arranging our last-minute transport to the airport.

Parking was a problem, as some spaces were taken, even though we had paid for them. We had to speak to reception multiple times to resolve the issue.

The staff, including Guido, Bella, Amelio, and the manager, were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, just a quick drive into town with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Being close to the airport was also a big plus.
