Loved the perfect location and proximity to attractions. Festival of Lights was a fun bonus. Friendly and informative host. Beautifully decorated and light-filled rooms. Spacious and grand with comfy beds and claw foot baths. Delicious breakfast selection and complimentary wine.

We had a wonderful stay at a beautiful and luxurious retreat. The room and shared areas were stunning, and the bath was exceptional. The host was friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a romantic getaway.

Breakfast was a highlight of each day and included fresh produce. The hosts were welcoming and accommodating, even offering helpful recommendations for nearby attractions. The location was convenient, close to a beautiful park and the city center. However, the real standout was the shared spaces, including the lounge and garden, which provided a relaxing atmosphere to unwind in.

The bed and pillows were a bit too soft for my liking, affecting my quality of sleep. The lack of blackout curtains also made it difficult to sleep in past sunrise.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being within walking distance of the city center with plenty of restaurants and also right next to a beautiful park. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable furnishings and a lovely view. The service provided by the staff was friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for activities and dining options. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, with fresh produce and homemade cereal.

The bathroom could have been cleaner and better maintained.
