Great central location, close to Te Papa. Clean, modern room with a big TV and modern bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for short stays, especially if you don't mind a room without windows.

Stayed over Easter with mates for a well-deserved weekend break. Two things that stood out were the efficient and friendly staff and the super comfy beds. the hotel is located in a perfect spot, near great restaurants, cafes, and bars. We also enjoyed the plush towels which were filled regularly for our needs.

The bathroom lighting was poorly designed for practicality, making it difficult to put on makeup or shave without proper visibility. the room cleaning needs a bit more attention to detail since we found some dirty tissues and used condom under the bed.

The location of Room @ 89 Courtenay Place was perfect for our weekend visit to Wellington. It was centrally located, making it easy to access bars and restaurants nearby. The room itself was modern, spacious, and had a comfortable bed, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We experienced some noise from neighboring rooms during our stay. It seems that there was little insulation in the walls, allowing for sound to easily travel.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the city centre and close to a lot of good eateries. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom was nice and the staff were superb, always ready to assist. The breakfast was good, although the hot breakfast could have been warmer. the hotel provided convenient facilities and a pleasant stay.

Neg- However, some of the hotel staff could use hospitality training as they were unpleasant at times.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The registrar was efficient and helpful, ensuring our check-in process was smooth. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, with comfortable beds that provided enhanced comfort. The hotel's location in the city centre was perfect, as it was close to numerous bars, restaurants, and shops. This made it very convenient for us to explore and enjoy the local dining and nightlife scene. Additionally, the hotel offered a range of quality services, including room service, car hire, and housekeeping.

While there were a few minor drawbacks, such as impractical glass bathroom walls and poor lighting in the sink area, the overall experience at this hotel was still highly enjoyable. Its plush towels and quiet atmosphere made for a relaxing and restful stay.
