Nestled in a serene garden, this idyllic retreat is the perfect location for a peaceful getaway. With its close proximity to the Hawke's Bay vineyards, you can indulge in wine tastings and tours. The rooms are lovely, with comfortable beds and beautiful views. The hosts are warm and friendly, ensuring your every need is met. The breakfast spread is absolutely delightful, with a wide array of delicious options.

The shower can be a bit slow to heat up, so be patient.

The location of the hotel is great, surrounded by a beautiful garden and conveniently close to Hastings and Havelock North. The hosts are knowledgeable and make interesting conversations. The room is comfortable and clean, with lovely bedding. Breakfast is excellent and always ready even for early departures.

The water system needs improvement, as the shower has low water pressure and is not suitable for taller individuals.

I recently had a city break and stayed at a hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the tea making facilities were a nice touch. I also appreciated the breakfast spread which had a variety of options to choose from. The location was in a peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the parking was easy to access and secluded.

The shower pressure was on the lower side, which made showering less than perfect. Another downside was that the hotel didn't provide water bottles in the room, which I noticed other hotels did.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, where the hosts were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The luxurious room had exclusive amenities, with comfortable beds dressed in lovely linen and plenty of convenient power points. We enjoyed a superb breakfast, with several options to choose from, and felt rejuvenated by the picturesque and calm outlook from the room. It was a great advantage to have the place all to ourselves, including a private leisure room for relaxation.

There was only one minor issue with the shared bathroom, although the shower was wonderfully warm and had good water pressure once we got used to it. Despite the low shower rail, this hotel provided a great value for money, being in a secluded location surrounded by beautiful orchards and spotlessly clean.
