We had a wonderful overnight stay at Hotel Grand Chancellor. The location was perfect, close to the city centre and the interislander ferry terminal. We found convenient parking within the wilsons carpark at a reasonable cost. The room was impeccably clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed. The staff provided excellent room service and were incredibly kind and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel to families and friends.

I loved the perfect location, with quick access to the supermarket and attractions such as the Cable Cart, Te Papa, and the Beehive. The small balcony was a great option for smokers, and I enjoyed seeing the old fashioned Cobbler and Barbers in the arcade. The room was simple but perfect, and I appreciated having the option of a bar on-site.

Nestled in the heart of the city, this hotel is a great base for exploring Wellington. We enjoyed strolling through Lampton Quay, where we discovered a fantastic Chinese restaurant next door for a delicious dinner. The lobby staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The cozy room had comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The hotel also offered excellent facilities such as room service and a café.

The breakfast buffet was fairly average for the price.

The suite on the 24th floor had stunning views and was a great base for the Tattoo event. Convenient location and eco-friendly room cleaning. Appreciated the staff's attention to detail, even making a bed for my daughter's doll during daily service. The breakfast was also enjoyable.

This hotel is situated in an ideal location, as it's close to all the shops and restaurants. You can easily walk from the ferry terminal to the hotel and it's also close to the central shopping district. The room is spacious and the shower has plenty of space. The service is great, and the breakfast is fantastic, with a variety of choices. The view from the room is spectacular, with a great view of the city.

The room was extremely hot and the air conditioning made a loud noise. Parking was expensive and required valet service, which made it inconvenient to access my car.
