The housekeeping was impeccable, and the staff even provided a free airport shuttle. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services. I had a fantastic stay at Kaka Retreat Motel on Stewart Island. The room was clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette that had everything I needed. The bathroom was recently renovated and had great shower amenities. I loved relaxing on the balcony after a long hike and being surrounded by the beautiful kaka birds. Lynn and Karina were excellent hosts and I highly recommend this motel.

The motel is conveniently located close to the town centre, making it easy to access shops and food outlets. The bathroom was recently renovated and provided nice shower amenities. Continental breakfast was left in the room, and the friendly and helpful staff provided pick-up and drop-off services. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the comfortable bed at our island accommodation. The room was clean and tidy, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The friendly staff helped us with our luggage and showed us around the town, which helped us to get our bearings quickly. We also appreciated the well-appointed kitchenette, which allowed us to prepare our own meals.

The lack of restaurants with affordable prices was a significant drawback for us, and we regretted not choosing a location with more dining choices. we felt that some amenities, such as the bathroom drain, could have been better maintained to prevent unpleasant odors.
