The location by the lake was fantastic, the staff were incredible and the facilities were great. the breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated the parking and cleanliness.

We stayed in a spacious room with a comfortable bed and a lovely view of the lake right in front of the lodge. The bathroom had a shower stall, a huge jacuzzi, and a heated towel rack. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, even assisting us with flight arrangements. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options, including homemade muffins and pressed coffee. Additionally, the lodge had kayaks available for guests to use, perfect for exploring the peaceful surroundings.

The room was a bit basic and could have used some additional amenities.

Frequent guest at a serene spot. Found a local food delivery number on first stay. All amenities are spot on: Free Wi-Fi, parking, and security. A cozy room with Jacuzzi, sauna, and a flat-screen TV. Canoeing and beach access. Returning for New Year. Perfect!

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location, on the edge of the lake, was absolutely stunning. The peace and beauty of the lakeside position made it worth the slightly longer distance from town. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for, including a mini-bar and a balcony with a lovely view. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the warm welcome drink upon arrival. The service was top-notch, with attentive room service and immaculate housekeeping. The complimentary breakfast each morning was delicious and there was a wide variety of options to choose from.

Liked the lakeside location with stunning views, and the personalized breakfast that was fresh and well presented. the staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful - even cooking a vegan breakfast especially for me. the hot tub was a welcome treat after a day on the tracks.

Disliked the slow WIFI, and that the soundproofing between rooms was not the best. Although the rooms were smart and clean, I did expect more luxury touches given the price compared to other alternatives.

The breakfasts each morning were so lovely! We were sat outside each morning and the view was stunning :) The bed was very comfortable also. The location is fantastic, removed from central and the property goes down to the lake.

During our stay, we had a minor issue with the water not being very warm in the bathroom. We had to have the shower turned up to its full temperature and it still was not that hot.

I had a wonderful stay at Koura Lodge. The staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The dining room was a great option for breakfast, with a fantastic view of the lake. The spa was a highlight, and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful lake view. The sunrise over the lake from our room was absolutely stunning. The manager, Blair, made my birthday celebration extra special by organizing a meal at a restaurant up the hill, accessible by gondola. it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
