The location of the hotel offers stunning views of the lake and surrounding area, especially in the morning when a beautiful fog covers the lake. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, with clean and spacious motel units. The staff is nice and accommodating, and the food at the on-site restaurant/bar is tasty. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the Moana hall makes it convenient for attending events in the area.

The walls of the motel units are quite thin, which can lead to noise disruptions from the restaurant/bar and other guests.

During my recent stay, I had the pleasure of experiencing the stunning views of Lake Brunner from my comfortable two-floor apartment. The design of the apartment was clever, with the lounge upstairs allowing me to enjoy the balcony and the breathtaking scenery. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect for self catering, and the cleanliness and amenities exceeded my expectations. The location of the room also provided easy access to the hotel's restaurant and bar, adding to the overall convenience of my stay. The location of this hotel was simply amazing. It offered us breathtaking views of the lake. the staff at the reception were very friendly and warm. We enjoyed our drinks and meals at the pub located at the front of the property. It had a very cozy and friendly atmosphere which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The rooms close to the bar area can be very noisy, especially on weekends. We found it hard to sleep due to the loud noise of the bar and the party that followed.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel near the lake. The studio apartment I stayed in was well-appointed, with a double bed, single bed, kitchenette, and a bathroom all in the same room. Despite being a bit smaller, the room still provided great comfort and had an amazing view of the lake and surrounding area. The hotel staff went above and beyond, preparing the room in advance so that my daughter could have a comfortable place to recover when she wasn't feeling well. The hotel's modern and new design added to the overall value of the room, and I couldn't get enough of the stunning lake view. I also had the pleasure of dining at the hotel restaurant, where the food was absolutely delicious.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lake Brunner for our south island road trip. The location next to the lake was stunning and peaceful. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our studio unit was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the Moana hall, where our celebration was held. The area was lovely, the beds were comfy, and the hotel provided consistent service and delicious food from the restaurant. We will definitely be staying here again!

The view from our room was absolutely stunning! Waking up to the sight of the peaceful lake and snow-capped mountains was a dream come true. Another great thing about this place was its location. It was the perfect stopover after exploring the wild west coast and heading south. Lastly, the rooms were basic but super clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Falling asleep while gazing at the postcard-worthy scenery was truly unforgettable.

There were a couple of downsides during our stay. First, the pipes in the room could get quite noisy at night, but I guess that's a small price to pay for the tranquility of the surroundings.
