I recently stayed at a hotel in Hamilton and had a fantastic experience. the location of the hotel was perfect - close to everything and easy to find. It was fairly close to the city centre, allowing me to easily explore all the attractions and enjoy the city life. The staff at this hotel were exceptional - they provided great service and were always ready to assist with any needs I had. The rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities, including a kitchen with facilities for cooking. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room also had a spa bath, which was a luxurious addition to my stay. The price for the room was very reasonable, and I appreciated that breakfast was not included as it gave me the flexibility to explore local eateries. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money, attention to detail, convenient location, and friendly staff.

In terms of improvements, everything was ok.

The room was spacious and we enjoyed the hot tub, a perfect way to relax during a romantic escape. the bed was comfortable, just the right amount of firmness to ensure a good night's sleep. the location was also convenient, with shops, restaurants, and the lake nearby. We appreciated having a kitchenette in the room, which allowed us to prepare some simple meals.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par. the carpet was stained, and there was a musty odor in the air.

We had a wonderful stay at a motel by the lake. The service went above and beyond, making us feel truly welcomed. The rooms were open and spacious, providing a cozy atmosphere when it got a bit chilly outside. The amazing spa bath was a real treat. And the location next to the lake was simply breathtaking. Plus, having access to Sky channels and reliable WiFi was a major plus. I highly recommend this motel for its amazing service, spacious rooms, and beautiful location.

The location of the motel was fantastic, as it was close to a lovely lake where we enjoyed a lovely walk. Additionally, it was conveniently located close to everything, making it easy to find.

The bed definitely needs replacing as it had worn-out springs and a nasty stain on the bedspread.
