The room was neat and clean, with a comfy bed and a little kitchenette that was very convenient. The bathroom was clean and had hot water in the shower, which was perfect for the cold weather. The service was excellent, with a helpful front desk that made check-in a breeze. Plus, the hotel offered free parking, which was a big plus.

We had a great experience at this hotel during our Christmas stay. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the Assistant Manager Ryan. the location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short 15-minute walk to the main street where we found plenty of food and shops. Another advantage we enjoyed was the clean and comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep.

There were a few negative aspects that we encountered during our stay. the cleanliness of the bathroom left something to be desired, as the floor appeared to not have been mopped or washed in some time, with noticeable stains.

We had a great couple of days away at the Lake. The hot pool was perfect for relaxing on the cool nights. The heating in the room kept us warm and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. It was a nice break during the school holidays.
