The location was perfect, close to the city center and the lake. the receptionist was delightful, and there was plenty of both indoor and outdoor parking available. the room was beautifully decorated and clean, featuring a comfortable bed and a luxurious spa bath with a TV. the kitchen had everything I needed, and the overnight rate was excellent.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at a motor inn in Taupo and it exceeded our expectations. the rooms were spotless and we loved the extra room for the kids, giving us some much-needed peace and quiet. the kitchen facilities were fantastic, and having a separate door for the children's room was a bonus. We also enjoyed the convenience of a balcony for hanging out our washing. the location was great, with plenty of parking options. If we had stayed longer, we would have made more use of the facilities, like the pool and BBQ. the staff were friendly and the beds were super comfy. it was a wonderful stay.

The location of the inn was perfect as it was so close to everything - we were able to walk to the lake, town center, and even to a concert at Riverside Park. The staff were incredibly friendly and always available to provide information about the area. The room was well-appointed and very clean, with comfortable seating in the living area. the location and service were top-notch.

There was one negative aspect that slightly affected our stay. The courtyard had a strong smell due to the presence of dogs, which woke us up early with their barking.

lake taupo motor inn exceeded our expectations during our recent stay in taupo. the rooms were spacious, clean, and great value for money. the friendly staff fulfilled all our requests and the central location made it easy to explore. the pool & spa were a nice bonus despite needing a clean.

The cleaning staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable. the room had coffee and tea, which was nice, and the location of the inn was very convenient for exploring the city.

The hotel didn't live up to expectations. the heated swimming pool that was advertised was broken and not available - it was one of the factors we chose this place for.

Great two bedroom configuration, perfect for larger groups of friends. Close to town. Wonderful reception staff. Spacious unit with TVs in both rooms. Swimming pool and spa pool were a great bonus. Accommodating of late check-in. Highly recommend for families. Kids loved the heated pool and hot spa. Excellent lighting. WiFi worked well. Comfortable bed for side sleepers. Roomy bathroom with good water pressure. Quality air conditioning and TV. Quiet with a nice private outside patio.

We hit up the HOTEL TRIPLETS, where the vibes were lit! the heated pool and spa were total game-changers, perfect for chilling after an intense day of adventures. the staff was super cool, and the central location made it easy to explore Taupo.

Just wished there was a rad on-site bar for late-night hangs with live music or a DJ – now that would have been off the hook!

We had an amazing stay here! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the riverside park for concerts and to the beautiful lake. We were able to walk to all the local eateries and shops in the area. The service was exceptional, with housekeeping always making sure our room was tidy and clean. The room amenities were top-notch, each room having a kitchenette and patio, perfect for relaxing during our downtime.

Mind-blowing location with jaw-dropping views of the lake and mountains. Super convenient walking distance to everything - town, bars, cafes, and the concert venue. The apartment was spotless, well-appointed, and relatively new. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, ensuring a quick and efficient check-in/out process. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a surprising and delightful view from the upper floor. The motel's proximity to the center of Taupo made exploring the city a breeze. It was also refreshing to find a coffee plunger in the room, although there were plenty of great coffee places nearby. We were impressed and will definitely be back!
