Good food, dining/bar facilities. Accommodation ok, a little maintenance needed. Clean. Reasonably priced, friendly staff. Great showers after walking tracks. Relaxed vibe, loved by locals. Beautiful exterior, native plants. Excellent outdoor space. Basic rooms, simple and comfortable. Fabulous chef, good morning cook. Delicious food, breakfast and dinners. Comfortable room with tea/coffee facilities. Lovely stay.

The studio room was spacious and well-designed for two people. The onsite restaurant served delicious meals, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and well-stocked with everything we needed, including extra blankets and heaters. The bathroom was large and had a lovely warm shower. The location was excellent, with the village just around the corner and beautiful landscapes a short drive away.

The location of the hotel is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful gardens, offering a serene atmosphere for relaxation. The staff is polite, helpful, and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay. The comfortable beds and quality linen provide a good night's sleep. Additionally, the gas-powered hot water system makes it easy to heat the room, ensuring a comfortable stay during cold weather.

Some rooms may have thin walls, which can result in noise disturbances from neighboring units or the nearby pub.

We had a fantastic stay at Last Resort. The studio accommodation was well-equipped with a lovely bathroom, comfortable bed, and a pleasant deck with outdoor seating. The small kitchenette had everything we needed, and there was also a separate kitchen available for use. The onsite restaurant and bar added to the enjoyable atmosphere. The staff, with their charming West Coast style, were helpful and friendly. We appreciated the loan of a multiplug to power our bedside amenities. Last Resort provided all the amenities and comforts we needed for a great stay.

Free coffee and a beautiful view from the deck were the best aspects of our stay. The coffee helped us to kick start our new year and the view was breath-taking, reminding us that we were far away from our busy lives. The location was convenient as we were able to go for a walk along the beach and explore the surroundings. Lastly, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The room was not up to standard. The sheets were not clean, and the room had a damp smell that lingered throughout our stay.

Nothing to dislike.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Last Resort. The covered boardwalks were a great feature, allowing my young grandson to ride his balance bike safely. The communal kitchen was a nice touch, and the food in the restaurant was exceptional. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel.
