As a backpacker, I loved the warm and friendly welcome from Anne and Colin. The bathrobes in our room were a nice touch, and the shower was excellent. The two golden retrievers were quiet and incredibly friendly, adding a lovely touch to our stay. The spacious grounds and comfortable, homely feel were also great.
