Beautiful property and grounds with stunning views. Generously sized room with comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent heating and bathroom with underfloor heating. Kitchenette available for food preparation. Delicious breakfast and friendly owners who provide helpful suggestions. Loved the hot tub and relaxing atmosphere.

The view from the room was stunning and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection of food and there was plenty of fruit available. The location was perfect, as it was peaceful and quiet.

The service was below average. The room was not cleaned thoroughly and the towels were not changed properly. The staff was not as welcoming as we had hoped and the facilities were not as advertised. The kitchen was not well-equipped and the fridge was shared with other guests, which was a bit of a hassle. the hotel was overpriced for what it offered.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely B&B situated just outside of Wanaka. The owner, Charlotte, is a gem and goes above and beyond to ensure a high standard of service. Our room, though compact, was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfasts were delicious and freshly cooked. The beautiful setting, with stunning mountain views and a hot tub, made our stay even more memorable. I highly recommend this B&B for a delightful getaway.

The only minor issue we encountered was the limited breakfast menu, which may not cater to everyone's preferences. this was not a major issue as the hotel provided guests with a communal kitchen where fresh milk was available for morning tea or coffee.
