During our stay at this hotel, we were treated to exceptional service from the moment we arrived. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel is also situated in a prime location, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area.

Although there were a couple of drawbacks, such as the occasional noise from neighboring guests and the inconvenience of having to walk up and down a steep cliff to get to the hotel, these were minor issues compared to the overall positive experience.

The staff were friendly and helpful when I had questions. I really appreciated being able to control the temperature in my room for maximum comfort. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated and my room was clean, quiet, and well-appointed. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable and the shower was fantastic. The location was also convenient, with many restaurants and attractions within walking distance, including the amazing Te Papa Museum. it was a wonderful stay!

The free chocolate hour with a chocolate fountain, marshmallows, and fruit was amazing. The reception staff provided exceptional service and helpful suggestions.

There's a "VIP" lift to solve the hill issue. The position allowed walking to popular places. Great view from the breakfast room and bar.
