The layout of the room was very good, with all the necessary amenities. The hotel was conveniently located near the St James Theatre and airport shuttle buses on Courtenay Place.The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service.

The bed was uncomfortable and too high, making it difficult to get on and off. The parking was narrow and expensive.

Upon arriving at Microtel, we were impressed by the modern and new look of the hotel. The spacious rooms and loft access added a unique touch to our stay. The key card access gave us a sense of security. The clean and well-maintained bathrooms were a pleasant surprise. The storage space in the room allowed us to keep our belongings organized. Additionally, the location of the hotel was busy yet convenient.

While the bathroom size was a bit tight and the door didn't shut without a gap, it was a minor inconvenience. Some staff members lacked exceptional customer service skills, but overall, the receptionist who cleaned our room was friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is close to the waterside, allowing for a pleasant walk to Oriental Bay where you can enjoy breakfast with a beautiful view. The rooms and bathrooms are modern and spacious, with big floor-to-ceiling windows that create an intimate and clean atmosphere. The staff is friendly and the water pressure in the shower is great.

The bathroom was pretty decent and clean. Staff was kind enough to offer complimentary tea and coffee. The hotel was located in a busy area, so it was easy to get to the city's hotspots. A mini-market was nearby, which was quite convenient to pick up some essentials.
