We had a fantastic time at this backpacker lodge by the beach. The view from the lounge room was absolutely stunning, and we could have spent days just enjoying that. The showers and toilets were spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The staff, especially Jane and Danny, were excellent and made us feel welcome. It was also great that it was just a short drive from Wellington, perfect for exploring the city.

The BBQ facilities were not available during my stay, which was a minor disappointment. Despite this, the location advantages of being close to the beach and having easy access to free parking made up for it.
