I recently stayed at this hotel for a family vacation and had a fantastic experience. The staff were warm and friendly, creating a relaxed atmosphere throughout the entire establishment. The lounge and dining areas offered stunning views of the water/harbour, especially in the sunny mornings. Our room was delightful, with a large, super comfortable bed and an impressive bathroom. The decent-sized TV was a bonus for those with failing eyes. The newly renovated hotel was clean, spacious, and in a great location with partial views of the sea. The staff was helpful and allowed us to park our car in the secured basement parking after check-out till 2pm. a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Lovely, welcoming staff. Amazing sea view. Close to swimmable beach and local village with cafes. Decent-sized room with great bathroom facilities. Complimentary chocolates, ginger ale, and extra towels. Comfortable beds with good quality linen. Enjoyed the Hawkes Bay plunger coffee on the deck. Will recommend and use again.

We felt right at home in the stunning and modern apartment. The location was amazing, with beautiful views and great restaurants nearby. The unit itself exceeded our expectations, with all the comforts we needed. The onsite managers were incredibly helpful and obliging. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a restaurant and ice cream shop nearby. a top-notch experience for young people like us.

We got great value for our money at Navigate Seaside Hotel & Apartments. The room was spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the beach, shops, and cafes. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The only downside was that the breakfast items could have been better.

Lovely property across from the shore with a balcony. Well-appointed room with tea, coffee, microwave, and toaster. Gracious receptionist. Parking and laundry room. Easy walk to shops, cafes, and beach.

The view from the room was great and the staff were friendly. They offered free coffee and tea which was a nice touch. the hotel was close to some good restaurants and bars which was convenient.

The noise from the street was extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep at night. the room wasn't very clean and the bathroom was outdated.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me as I was participating in the Ironmaori Event. It was great to have a playground right across the road for my children's safety. The view of the ocean from the balcony was lovely. The beds were incredibly comfortable, like lying on clouds. The room itself was new, nicely decorated, and spacious. I appreciated the kitchenette and microwave oven, making it convenient for meals. The hotel's location was also ideal, being less than 10 minutes' drive to the city center with its charming art deco buildings. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming.

We were disappointed with the view from our room. Despite paying extra for a beachfront room, all we could see was the back of local restaurants, cars, and a road.

We were pleasantly surprised by the location and comfort of our stay at Navigate Seaside Hotel & Apartments. The ambiance at reception was inviting and the room, located on the 2nd floor, was very spacious. We loved having two chairs and a desk in the room, unlike some places that only provide one. The balcony overlooking the water was a definite highlight, and we enjoyed the convenience of having several restaurants and a convenience store within easy walking distance. The bathroom was a standout with its walk-in shower and great water pressure. The modern decor and adorable minute drawers in the kitchenette added a nice touch. The bed was comfortable, completing the experience. we highly recommend Navigate Seaside Hotel & Apartments for a great stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Navigate Seaside Hotel & Apartments. After a terrible experience at another motel, we booked last minute and were blown away by the comfort and luxury here. the room was clean, spacious, and had beautiful sea views. the beds were incredibly comfortable and warm. We also appreciated the undercover car park and the lift that took us directly to our room, allowing us to avoid the weather. the location was perfect, with a lovely restaurant across the road for meals. the staff at reception were friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back!
