The hosts at this NZ motel made my stay comfortable without AC. With excellent WIFI and efforts to keep the room cool, noise from logging trucks was minimal. Lack of extra bedding and no tissue box were minor inconveniences. clean, functional, and good value for money.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! the room was very spacious, perfect for a longer stay, and the kitchen area was ideal for making quick meals. the laundry facilities onsite were super convenient, and we found the room to be very clean and peaceful. the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about local attractions, which we appreciated. the location was great for a relaxing stay, away from the hustle and bustle, with minimal traffic noise.

Better lighting in the rooms and updated pillows would make a big difference. Perhaps also updating the sofa for added comfort.

During my recent business trip to Rotorua, my director selected New Castle Motor Lodge for our accommodation. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the room. the spa bath was a nice touch, and the small balcony with outdoor furniture provided a relaxing spot to unwind. the owner had considerately opened windows and turned on fans before our arrival, making the room welcoming despite the hot weather. the room was spacious and suited our family of five, although only four of us ended up staying. the hosts went out of their way to keep the room cool during the daytime and minimize noise disturbances from the nearby logging trucks. the reliable WIFI and adequate parking were also appreciated. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
