Over the Easter weekend, had a truly wonderful stay at a lodge nestled close to a serene lake and surrounded by stunning views. the rooms were spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, with soft jazz playing in the background. the hosts provided us with excellent local recommendations and served the best scrambled eggs ever for breakfast, which really got our day going. the lodge also offers lake activities, a great way to get out and enjoy nature.

Although the location was breathtaking, guests may have to travel a bit further afield to access a wider range of facilities and activities. this lodge is a perfect spot for relaxation and a pleasant experience.

There was a slight downside with the bathroom layout, as it was located just outside the room. Although hardly anyone passes by, it can give a slight sense of being outside the room.

The high quality linens on the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. Although the lodge was somewhat remote, the friendly owners and their dogs made up for it. I highly recommend this lodge for anyone looking for a memorable stay in a picturesque setting.

From the beautiful garden area and sun terrace to the leisure/TV room with exquisite interior design, this place exceeded my expectations. the service was impeccable, and the private facilities had great attention to detail. I particularly enjoyed the in-room breakfast and the special diet menus. the location advantages offered stunning lake views and beautiful walks around the area.

the hotel offered other great amenities and activities in the area that compensated for it.
