The location of the hotel is fantastic, with Commercial Bay shopping center and the waterfront within walking distance. The room was beautiful and the bed was amazing, providing a comfortable stay. The bathroom/shower layout was also well-liked. Additionally, the service received was exceptional, with a welcome drink on arrival and prompt breakfast delivery to the room.

The staff were reportedly rude and unhelpful at times, which impacted the overall experience.

During Christmas, we had a great time staying at a hotel in the city. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated the complementary water and breakfast. the location was convenient as it was close to the harbor and restaurant district. We also enjoyed the creative and unique aesthetic of the hotel.

the noise from outside street disrupted our sleep twice during the night. the rooms were not exactly as the photos showed and therefore were misleading.

Quirky rooms, delightful staff, good location. Loved the kiwiana artwork and the complimentary glass of bubbles. Outstanding service made my stay a breeze. The Ohtel Pantry menu was a tasty treat. The pool, gym, and sauna all to myself - luxury!

This hotel is a luxurious haven that fulfilled all my exclusive amenities needs! The staff were remarkable, always eager to help and provide a top-quality service. The sauna, swimming pool, and steam room were wonderful features that added to my relaxation experience. I especially enjoyed the heated swimming pool and sun loungers, I felt pampered and taken care of.

The only minor issue I noticed was the lack of privacy in the bathroom area inside the bedroom. There was no proper door and it was situated right behind the bed.
