I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location is simply breathtaking, nestled next to a lovely little creek with views of the forest. The beautifully manicured gardens add to the serene atmosphere, especially when overlooking the nearby river with its stunning native bush. Sitting atop a hill, the views from here are absolutely mesmerizing.

I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay. It truly is a hidden gem in a peaceful and picturesque setting.

We had a fantastic stay at One Burgess Hill Aparthotel. the spa was amazing and we enjoyed the beautiful views of the river. the fireplace in the lounge and bedroom added a touch of beauty to the ambiance. Andrew, the staff member, was exceptionally accommodating, kind, and provided great service with a cheerful attitude. We were pleasantly surprised when we were offered a free upgrade, which gave us stunning views over a valley. the apartment was clean, tidy, and had all the necessary facilities. the upgraded spa bath in the bathroom was excellent. a wonderful experience.

We absolutely loved the peaceful location and the stunning view of the Waiwhakaiho river valley from our apartment. The apartment itself was well-equipped with a comfortable bedroom, a relaxing spa and shower, a kitchen, and a cozy living room with air conditioning. The daily room service provided by the staff was a nice touch. We also enjoyed the walkway right at our doorstep that led us downhill to the river. The serene environment and abundant birdlife added to the overall charm of our stay.

One Burgess Hill provides a great location, being close to the city center while also offering peace and tranquility. Guests enjoyed the beautiful views and the nearby bush walks. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms looked newly renovated. The staff were excellent and very helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Some guests experienced inconveniences such as being placed next to smokers and the lack of privacy due to the layout of the deck. there were instances of ants in the kitchen, which was a disappointment for some visitors.

The location was perfect for our family with 2 small kids. We loved having everything we needed in our room already, including whitewares, cutleries, and firewood. The bathroom was excellent, with a perfect bath, water temperature, and pressure. The jacuzzi was a treat! The peaceful and tranquil surroundings made our stay very relaxing. The view from our room overlooking the Waiwhakaiho River was outstanding. Andrew, the owner, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay exceptional.
