We had a wonderful stay at the Beachcomber in Orewa. The room was lovely, with lots of cushions and a clean, comfy bed. The cleaning team did a great job. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful, especially considering we had a child in a wheelchair. The location, right across from the beach, was perfect. We stayed in different units on our trip, and both were individually decorated with high-end furnishings. The cleanliness was exceptional, above and beyond what you would expect from a motel. a very comfortable stay.

We had a delightful stay at Beachcomber. The front room on the first floor was clean, spacious, and had high-quality kitchenware. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and despite the heavily perfumed bed linen, we enjoyed a good night's sleep. The bathroom was large, and although the shower over the spa bath was a bit tricky to use, the mold on the tiles was a minor issue. The room offered an expensive but breathtaking view of the coast. The staff were friendly, efficient, and even provided us with a hot pot of tea upon arrival. The motel, although shabby on the outside, was well updated and comfortable. Parking was tight for larger vehicles but well marked and not a problem. a beautiful room with stunning decor and comfort.

The common areas were tastefully decorated and created a cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. As a senior, I appreciate the hotel's accessibility features, such as ramps and handrails, which made it easier for me to navigate around the property.

While the staff at the hotel were polite and helpful, it would have been even better if they could have taken the time to check on the older guests more frequently. As someone who values a personal touch, I would have appreciated a bit more attention from the children working there to ensure a truly unforgettable vacation for senior people.

We were thrilled with our stay at Beachcomber in Orewa! The location was perfect, just steps away from one of Auckland's most beautiful beaches and a surf club. The staff was friendly and the recently refurbished room was stunning. The room had a lovely scent, the decor was tasteful, and the linen was top-notch. We also appreciated having air conditioning in both the lounge and bedroom. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Beachcomber in Orewa for a few days and it was a fantastic experience. The kitchen and bedroom facilities were impressive, with a spacious wardrobe and a cozy spare blanket. The modern bathroom and impressive shower added to the overall comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hosts, Donnamarie and Geoff, along with the great chef and staff, were welcoming and made my visit special. The town itself was inviting, vibrant, yet laid-back. A brilliant part of the world to explore!

The small café in the complex served delicious meals and had great coffee. The location was perfect, close to shops and right across from the beach. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at a beautifully updated modern apartment in a great location. The rooms were spacious and the furniture and fittings were of a good standard. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was conveniently separate from the living area. The staff were fabulous and provided thoughtful amenities like a great hairdryer and earplugs for road noise. The beach was just across the road, making it perfect for walks or swimming in the summer. a great experience at Beachcomber!
