Spacious unit with off-road parking, comfortable beds, and separate rooms. Recently renovated kitchen and bathroom. Small bottle of milk provided for coffee. Convenient location near town entrance. Would recommend staying again.

The location of the hotel was great, it was near to the town center and a kids park and playground. the bed was comfortable and the pool and spa were a great way to unwind after a long day.

Our experience wasn't entirely pleasant as we found the bathroom and amenities to be dated and in need of modernization. we were charged extra on arrival for our children even though the room was already set up for four people.

We had a decent stay at Palm Motel. Good parking and a quiet back unit. the pool was nice, and the host was friendly and provided helpful local advice. the beds were comfy and the bed linen was good quality. the location was excellent and checking in was easy, even after hours. the bonus of having a kitchen in our room was great, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable.

the location was perfect - it was easy to find and conveniently close to shops and the beach. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were well-facilitated with a great kitchen and comfortable beds. this hotel provided great value for money with its attention to detail and basic amenities.

Everything was satisfactory and met my expectations.

The location of this motel is fantastic. It is close to Waihi township, making it easy to explore all the attractions in the area. The motel is also conveniently located in the entire Bay of Plenty, ensuring that you have access to everything you need. The rooms are well-equipped and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Great for families. Easy to find and close to attractions. Friendly and helpful hosts. Outdoor pool and spa were a bonus.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. the room was spacious and very comfortable, with great cooking facilities. the separate toilet, sink, and shower added a touch of luxury to our stay. the bed was new, clean, and unbelievably comfortable. the location was also ideal, close to our friends and although there was some noise from passing traffic, it didn't detract from our overall experience. We highly recommend Palm Motel to all travelers.
