Stayed at a cozy wooden studio at a well-tended motel. Quiet, warm, and comfortable. Excellent location just south of a beautiful lookout point. Staff were helpful and friendly. Free WiFi and amenities like electric blanket and extra blanket provided. Grounds and buildings were well-maintained.

The complementary breakfast was a nice touch, especially the fresh fruits and the warm croissants. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main attractions and with a wonderful view of the nearby nature. We also appreciated having access to the shared outdoor area, as it was a great spot to relax and enjoy the scenery while having a cup of tea.

The room felt a bit damp and musty, and we wished there was better ventilation in the bathroom. the bed was not very comfortable and we could feel the springs through the mattress, making it difficult to get a good night's rest.

we had an incredible romantic weekend in Punakaiki and Paparoa Park Motel exceeded our expectations. The view of the rocks and Pacific Ocean was soul-stirring, the contactless check-in was hassle-free, and the ability to cook and relax with such a magnificent natural beauty all around us was a treat for the soul.

Our stay at the Paparoa Park Motel was fantastic! The room was cozy and warm, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We loved having a little balcony with a private jungle view. The kitchenette had everything we needed. The communal deck provided stunning views of the beach. We wish we could have stayed longer! highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and had a great selection of streaming platforms on the TV. It was a comfortable stay with convenient parking just outside our accommodation. The key retrieval process was smooth and easy, with clear instructions provided on the wall.

The shower was a disaster - too small and the shower curtain couldn't contain the splashing. We had to place towels on the floor to soak up the water, and the musty smell in the bathroom was unpleasant.

Some guests have noted that the unit they stayed in was not as clean as expected, with dead insects and dust on the window sills.

We really got our money's worth at Paparoa Park Motel. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view from the balcony. The location was perfect, close to the village and beautiful walks and beaches. The staff treated us well, and we even got to see glowworms on site, which was a bonus.

The only thing that could make the breakfast option better would be to have a wider variety of choices.

We enjoyed a breathtaking view from our private balcony, surrounded by beautiful native plants. the bed was incredibly comfortable and the bedding was of high quality. the location was spectacular, overlooking Punakaiki and within walking distance of the township. the self-check-in process was smooth and the staff members were helpful. it was a perfect getaway weekend and we would definitely stay here again.
