We stayed at Peninsula Motel for a romantic getaway. The check-in process was smooth and we appreciated the clear instructions provided. The manager was friendly and easily accessible, making the payment process hassle-free. The room was spacious, with a large TV and a comfortable bed. The highlight was having access to Sky channels. We loved the hot tub and the outdoor deck area, perfect for enjoying the sun. The addition of a washing line for drying our swimwear was a thoughtful touch. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even though we arrived late. The room was clean and parking was conveniently located right outside our door. a great hotel with a fantastic location, ideal for couples.

Despite the lack of air conditioning, the evenings were pleasant, allowing for a good night's sleep. the motel provided good value for money and was suitable for an overnight stay.

I recently stayed at a cozy hotel in Whitianga and had a fantastic experience. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the bustling esplanade area where all the restaurants and shops are located. It was great to be away from the center, as the hotel was situated on a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful stay. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They took care of all my needs and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well equipped with all the basic amenities one would need. I particularly loved the extra-large bathroom with its great 1970's features, and the spa tub was a wonderful addition. Additionally, the breakfast at the bakery on the main street in town was a real treat.

All in all, everything was perfect during my stay.

Comfortable one bedroom apartment with modern updates. Quiet location on the edge of town, 10 minutes walk to the ferry. Wifi works well, free and reliable. Garden view/patio is a lovely touch. Enjoyed the selection of current magazines. One of our more enjoyable units during our NZ trip.

The Peninsula Motel offers spacious rooms with a big, comfortable bed. The kitchenette, though small, is functional and well-equipped. The bathroom is also very nice. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to the centre to easily access shopping and the marina. The host, Fred, is welcoming and friendly, going above and beyond to provide great service. Highly recommended for families.

During our recent holiday, we stayed at a motel that offered excellent customer service, providing us with transportation to and from the location. the owner was very friendly, informative and helpful with any questions or requests. the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere outside the hustle and bustle of the city. Plus, complimentary advice on the local attractions helped us plan our outings effectively.

One small downside was the inadequate lighting in the room, which made it hard to see clearly when watching TV or using our phones. It was difficult to maintain the appropriate balance between yellow and white light, which negatively affected the atmosphere in the room.
